national conference call tonight.
RULES:
1. Please introduce yourself when you get on the call with your
name and state.
2. When finished talking say "I YIELD, AND PASS."
3. When about to speak wait until you hear "I YIELD, AND PASS",
COUNT to yourself "1 , 2" then speak.
4. Please be courteous of others, and give everyone a chance to
speak.
5. All lines will be unmuted and we're leaving it to you to
self-moderate the call and give each person a chance to speak.
